Have you opened your Community, or logged in, and find yourself in a different Community to the one that you were expecting?

All you need to do, is click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner, and then click Switch Community.

You'll then see the Communities that you are a member of, and be able to switch quickly and easily between them.
