Some reasons why a zap may not be working is due to the following:
The Zap is turned off, please check if the Zap is on by following step 1 under "Go Live" here.
There may be a delay in the zap triggering. Please give it a few moments.
The zap may not be configured correctly. Please refer to Zapier support who's zap experts will be able to help: https://zapier.com/help
