If you are unable to log into your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the University's Unibuddy widget. You can easily find the correct page by using Google to search the "University name + chat with us".

For example, the below link will appear in your search if you type "City University London Chat With Us".

2. Click on the Reset Password option.

3. Check your inbox, and junk/spam folders for the reset password link.

PLEASE NOTE: When entering your password, there should be no trailing white spaces and that this could be case sensitive.
