The Next Best Steps filter provides admins with an added functionality to send the next best steps based on region (domestic/international), area of study, level of study, and expected year of entry.
This can be accessed from the University Dashboard, on the Next Best Steps tab located under the Prospects menu. To use this feature, follow the instructions below:
Log into your University Dashboard.
Select the Prospects tab.
From the drop-down menu, select Next Best Steps.
When creating or editing your next best steps, you will find this as an add-on below (Audience filters).
Click on the Audience filter to access the various filters. Each filter provides you with the option to add information from the dropdown collection of data relevant to the field.
