Within a Webinar event, users are now able to save, or "pin," important messages to any of their Live Feeds. This is currently not available for Microsite events but will be implemented soon.
For instructions on how to pin a message, see below:
Once you have logged into your Webinar event, navigate to your preferred live feed.
Hover over the message and click on the downward arrow to reveal your options.
Select the Pin option.
Once you pin the message, it will appear in the Pinned Messages area of the Channel Info section of your Live Feed.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your event ends, your "pinned" messages are not saved in your Live Event analytics. They solely exist within the live event.
