If duplicate prospect records are appearing in your CRM via Microsoft Power Automate, this is the result of a prospective student making an update to their profile.

This can be prevented through your Power Automate configuration. You can create a rule that if a prospective student makes an update to their profile, it will update the existing record rather than adding an entirely new record. This can be validated against a prospect's email address which is transferred from Unibuddy to your CRM.
