What happens when a prospect signs up for a Live Event?

When a prospect completes the sign-up process for a Live Event, they receive an email with the subject line "We've confirmed your spot! - (Your College or Institution)".

At the moment, this email cannot be customized.

PLEASE NOTE: If the name or the start/end time of a Live Event has been changed, the event link will also change. In that instance, it is up to the University/Institution to send reminder emails with a new event link to those prospective students that have already registered. If needed, the list of prospective students that have signed up can be found on the Live Event Details page.
