If there is no data transferring into your chosen CRM, please see the following checkpoints below to troubleshoot the issue.

Webhook Checkpoints

  • Has your Main Buddy Platform widget been embedded on your website yet? If not, data will not transfer to your CRM. Please see here how you can embed this.

  • Make sure that you have at least one Prospective Student in your system, even if it is a test account. Webhooks are only triggered once a Prospective Student has signed up. Therefore, if there is no Prospect data or a Prospect has signed up before the webhook integration was implemented, no data will appear.

  • Ensure that the correct webhook URL has been provided to your CRM or the Unibuddy Support team.

  • Ensure that you have created a Field Mapping for the data on your end.

  • Check if all of your desired data field toggles are turned on within your University Dashboard as per the screenshot below. These toggles appear under the Customization prompt, within the Prospects tab. Each field (such as First Name, Email, etc.) will have a toggle beside it. Make sure these toggles are on.
