We recommend creating your Live Event at least 7 days before the start date.

This will give you ample time to create the different Live Feeds, brief Staff and Student Ambassadors, and promote to prospective students.

Additionally, we recommend creating a test event so that your Admins, Staff, and Student Ambassadors have the chance to practice logging in, hosting a Live Stream, and becoming comfortable with the Unibuddy platform overall.
