Prospects are asked on the second page of sign up whether they would like to opt-in to marketing messages from the university. If they select "yes", this will be displayed in your prospect table and exports and you can send them marketing. You can access this information as follows:

  1. Login to your admin dashboard.

  2. Click "Prospects" menu option on left hand side.

  3. See "Marketing" column for student record.

The default setting for marketing is "no", as required by GDPR, so if a prospect does not complete the sign up you will not be able to send them marketing.
