Our algorithm is designed to give an equal share of voice to all providers. It takes two variables into account:

  • Number of providers

  • Number of ambassadors each provider has put live.

The algorithm also takes into consideration the desirability of being in the first row and indeed the first ambassador position, therefore providers with smaller numbers of ambassadors will still have the same likelihood of being in the first slot as a provider with many more ambassadors.

The algorithm applies across the platform regardless of whether filters are applied. If a subject category filter is selected for which only certain providers have ambassadors studying a related course then only those providers will show.

We recommend you have ambassadors representing a broad range of subject areas or at least those that are especially important to your institution.
